A Sterling Presentation!
This film was made the year I was born and I throughly enjoyed it! The tenderness demonstrated by the heroine was dashed to pieces when she was convicted but I was kept spell bound to the very end. As with most of these early films a moral is to be learned and this film did not escape that charge. We are indeed guided by our upbringing and this poor woman started out handicapped in the most unloving way; parenetal love. Is it any wonder why some turn to crime? Enjoy this film for whatever reason and you will not be let down!
